Reservation is made on first come first serve basis.
Room reservation deadline is 20 August, 2010. After this date, Congress Solutions International will only confirm rooms upon hotel availability.

Booking condition: Accommodation will be confirmed upon receipt of
full amount for the entire stay by credit card or via bank transfer.

No hotel reservation inquiry will be considered if received without corresponding payment. A confirmation letter (fax or e-mail) will follow with all relevant details of the reservation.

Any incidentals (TV, mini bar etc.) must be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out.
In case of electronic submission, your credit card number and acceptance to the terms and conditions acts as a guarantee for your reservation.

Cancellation and changes
Cancellation and changes must be made in writing by contacting Congress Solutions International to istadubai@emirates.com

1. Congress Solutions International will contact you and offer an alternative hotel in the case of preferred hotel is fully booked.

Cancellations/ No-shows on accommodation:

1. In the event of cancellation before or on September 15, the payment will be refunded.
2. In the event of cancellation from September 16th onwards, the entire booking period will be charged.
3. In case of no-show, the entire booking period will be charged.

Changes – Name / Room standard
24th September 2010 is the set deadline for any change in name.

You can only book accommodation on line from 03-10 October 2010. Should you wish to come earlier or leave later please contact CSI for assistance.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check in time is 14:00hrs    Check out time is 12:00 hrs

Early arrival & late departure would be only available upon request and will be subject to availability. Should guarantee early arrival or late departure be required, it would be considered a pre-registered room from the night prior and will require to be booked as such. A full night room charge will be applicable inclusive of 10% municipality fee and 10% service charge.

EARLY DEPARTURE
100% of the booked period will be charged should guest depart ahead of the reserved date of the departure. In case of advance payment the amount will be non refundable.
